Career Assistants must advise and interact with students in the office including providing the initial resume and cover letter reviews (topics covered in training) and handle some general office duties (answering phones, scheduling appointments in Google Calendar, photocopying, preparing mailings, distributing flyers and other printed materials, etc.).
