This is as true for a small lecture as for a major conference or event that a department or office is holding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All text and images should be supplied in a single request. Please avoid sending details in repeated requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important First Step<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Event sponsors should register events with&nbsp;<a href=\"\/campus-activities\/\">Campus Activities<\/a>&nbsp;for inclusion in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vas.emscloudservice.com\/calendar\/MasterCalendar.aspx\">Campus Calendar<\/a>. After you complete your request, you will receive an email from the Campus Activities Office that will confirm or deny your request.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vas.emscloudservice.com\/web\/\">Sign into Campus Calendar\/EMS to request or register an event<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When to Submit a Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Posters<\/strong><br>Submissions must be received\u00a0<strong>3 weeks before the poster is due<\/strong>. We cannot guarantee that your poster will be completed in time if submitted later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>External Calendar Events Listing<\/strong><br>Submissions must be received\u00a0<strong>two weeks before the event<\/strong>. We cannot guarantee that your event will be posted in time if submitted later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vassar Events<\/strong><br>Submissions must be received\u00a0<strong>two weeks before the event<\/strong>. We cannot guarantee that your event will be posted in time if submitted later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Request Turnaround<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your request is important to us.\u00a0Events posted online are generally completed within\u00a0two business days. If your request includes a poster, a proof will be provided two weeks prior to the event.
