Retaliation against any person, including the accuser or person accused, for making a complaint, cooperating with an investigation, or participating in a grievance procedure is a violation of college policy. Retaliation includes, but is not limited to, intimidation, coercion, harassment, making of threats, and any other adverse educational or employment action. Retaliation should be reported promptly to the Dean of Student Living and Wellness or the Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action for investigation, which may result in corrective action independent of any sanction or interim measures imposed in response to the underlying allegations.
