Forces video embeds contained in dropdowns to have a size --><style>.dropdownizer__dropdown iframe { width: 100% !important; height: 100% !important; }<\/style>\n<p>We are moving to monthly updates from this date forward, unless there is a specific site related activity of significance which then you will be notified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overview for the next month is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Inn: Continue exterior framing\/panels on the third floor of the Inn. A crane will be on site on Monday to begin erecting panels and walls on the third floor. Roof trusses to follow in the next three to four weeks.<\/li><li>Mechanical rough-in of piping for first and second interior floors of the Inn has also started and will continue\u00a0over the next month.<\/li><li>Institute: continue framing\u00a0exterior walls and installing exterior sheathing\u00a0as well as framing\u00a0for curtain wall. Masonry\u00a0contractor is expected to start on or about 6\/20\/23 and will be installing vapor barrier with brick installation to follow in the first week of July.<\/li><li>Roofing\u00a0has begun on the Institute penthouse roof and will continue throughout the month.<\/li><li>Site utilities continue\u00a0to be installed for water, sewer and electric throughout the site.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are moving to monthly updates from this date forward, unless there is a specific site related activity of significance which then you will be notified.
