Please contact Health Services at&nbsp;<a href=\"tel:+18454375800\"><a href=\"tel:+18454375800\">(845) 437-5800<\/a><\/a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:health@vassar.edu\">health@vassar.edu<\/a>&nbsp;with any questions or concerns with the login process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Send or read secure messages<\/strong>: Use the\u00a0<strong>Messages<\/strong>\u00a0tab. These messages are encrypted and are managed as part of your electronic health record. When sending messages, select the provider you wish to contact. You will receive an e-mail notification in your Vassar gmail when secure messages are sent to you.<\/li><li><strong>Self-schedule appointments<\/strong>: Use the\u00a0<strong>Appointments\u00a0<\/strong>tab. Include the reason for the visit and choose a provider and submit the form. Select from available appointments. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to your Vassar gmail account. If you can\u2019t find an appointment that works with your schedule, please contact Health Services to schedule over the phone at\u00a0<a href=\"tel:+18454375800\"><a href=\"tel:+18454375800\">(845) 437-5800<\/a><\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Complete pre-visit forms: <\/strong>Upcoming appointments are listed on the home screen of the portal where you can access and complete any pre-visit forms.  Completing these in advance of your visit will expedite the check-in process.<\/li><li><strong>Cancel an appointment<\/strong>: Upcoming appointments are listed on the home screen of the portal where you can cancel an appointment.
