2023-2024 Goal Setting Review- Administrators, Sergeants, and Supervisors

Good Morning,

Goal Setting Reviews are underway in Workday and are due by June 30th.

Human Resources has initiated your Goal Setting Review in Workday. After logging into Workday, you will see the task in your Workday inbox titled, “2023-2024 Beginning Year Goal Setting”. Between today and June 30th, use this Workday process to record your goals for the upcoming review period, and meet with your manager. A real-time, face-to-face, discussion between you and your manager regarding your goals is essential to the process and is required.

One-on-One Appointments with Human Resources: Appointments will be available on May 22nd, May 31st, June 5th, June 14th, and June 28th. Click here to schedule an appointment.

Planning ahead – In November, you will be prompted by Human Resources to complete your Mid-Year Goal Review.
