Description: Join Stella Grizont as she walks you step-by-step on how to let go of the anxiety and insecurity that is Imposter Syndrome. In this virtual session, you'll learn how to:
- Identify the root causes for Imposter Syndrome so you can take action.
- Amplify your self-compassion to transform your inner critic into a loving friend.
- Know what to say to receive validation from others.
- Generate confidence in a way that feels natural and empowering.

Presentation Skills Bootcamp
Presenter: Angel Mary
Date: March 7, 2024. 10am - 11:30am. In-Person Session.

Description: No matter where you are in the organizational structure, at some point you may need to speak in front of others. Communication skills when presenting to a group is different than having a one-on-one conversation. This interactive workshop discusses the importance of:
- Understanding how to make content concise and clear.
- Using vocal variety to emphasize points.
- Being mindful of body language and what to do with your hands.
- Preventing the use of filler words such as 'uh' 'um' 'like' 'so'.
- Dispelling anxious feelings before talking in front of a group.
This is an interactive, in-person workshop with 30 spots available.

Equity First: The Path to Inclusion and Belonging

She explains what equity in the workplace looks like, covering gender, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, and disabilities. Mary-Frances offers ways to develop and enact equitable practices at work, along with a roadmap to a more equitable future.
Follow this self-paced session with a reflection guide that is designed to support your learning journey about equity. The guide provides you with the opportunity to do some critical thinking about your own experiences, your perspectives, and how you think about equity and equality.

Leading Impactful and Collaborative One-on-Ones: March 27 (12pm or 3pm): One-on-ones are standing, recurring meetings between a manager and their direct reports. They are a vital part of the continuous feedback model and can drive workplace communication if done well. In this webinar, you will learn strategies for impactful, collaborative one-on-ones.
Establishing Attainable SMART Goals: April 24 (12pm or 3pm): This workshop will focus on what makes a good goal by defining SMART goals and the SMART Goal Strategy. You will learn about goal characteristics, time management, making a to do list, and what to do when setbacks occur.
