Goal Setting Review in Workday

Dear Administrators, Sergeants, and Supervisors,

Goal Setting Reviews are underway in Workday and are due by June 30th.

Human Resources has initiated your Goal Setting Review in Workday. After logging into Workday, you will see the task in your Workday inbox titled, “2024-2025 Beginning Year Goal Setting”. Between today and June 30th, use this Workday process to record your goals for the upcoming review period, and meet with your manager. A real-time, face-to-face, discussion between you and your manager regarding your goals is essential to the process and is required.

Planning ahead – In November, you will be prompted by Human Resources to complete your Mid-Year Goal Review.
