Recruitment System Transition: PeopleAdmin to Workday

Vassar College will be moving the technical support for recruitment of all hires out of People Admin and into Workday in early 2025. This system change is being undertaken to support creating greater equity, transparency, and consistency in our search practices.

This project is being implemented by members of the Dean of the Faculty, Human Resources, and Computer Information Systems teams to ensure their respective areas of expertise can shape the development of a system that will work for Vassar.
