We appreciate your time and participation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month &amp; Alzheimer's Awareness Month<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/offices.vassar.edu\/human-resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2026\/06\/june-is-pride-alzheimerE28099s-awareness-month.avifautoformat2Ccompressampdpr2ampfitclipampixjsv2.2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">July 1st Wage Adjustments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employees who are eligible for annual wage adjustments on July 1st will be able to access their wage information in Workday beginning 7\/1\/26.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To view your pay in Workday:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into Workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Profile Icon in the top right of the home screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the View Profile button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On your profile page, in the menu on the left, click on Compensation to view your wage information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are eligible for a wage adjustment on 7\/1, to view your wage change and percent increase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow the steps above to view your pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Pay Change History tab at the top of the screen.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the blue Compensation Change text under the Compensation Action column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For union employees with pending union contracts, your wage adjustments will be reflected in Workday effective 7\/1\/26 once the contracts have been ratified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you have any questions, please contact&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:humanresources@vassar.edu\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">humanresources@vassar.edu<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employee Handbook Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reminder, we now have an Employee Handbook for all non-faculty employees of the College. The handbook is designed to work in alignment with the Vassar College Policy Library as well as collective bargaining agreements. By creating a single handbook, we hope to increase transparency and access to information for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you to everyone who participated in the information sessions or provided feedback through the link in the handbook. The Employee Handbook is now posted on the Human Resources website. For the first time, we are moving toward a single Employee Handbook for all non-faculty employees of The College. The handbook is designed to work in alignment with the Vassar College Policy Library as well as collective barganing agreements. By creating one employee handbook we hope to increase transparency and access to information for all employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be holding an open comment period between now and July 1. During this time we encourage everyone to explore the new handbook, share feedback using the anonymous form within the handbook, and attend an information session.
