Create your own!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating an employee community is a simple process, and HR is there to support you through each step.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Step 1: Gather the minimum number of people<\/summary>\n<p>To start an EC, you need at least 1 person willing to facilitate the community, and 2 members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you not have the minimum members, or are experiencing challenges connected to finding members, please fill out an EC interest form. The intent of the toolkit is to equip communities with the proper tools to success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the toolkit to complete your charter and submit the charter to HR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations!
