Thank you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear All,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your 2025&nbsp;W-2&nbsp;is now&nbsp;available&nbsp;to view and print in an IRS approved format via&nbsp;Workday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A paper copy has also been mailed through the US Postal Service as well, if you have chosen that format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printing the electronic W-2 statement in an IRS approved format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into Workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Personal<\/strong>\u00a0from the Side Navigation Bar and then\u00a0<strong>Benefits and Pay<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose\u00a0<strong>My Tax Documents\u00a0<\/strong>from the Tasks and Reports section<strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click View\/Print to access your 2025 W-2 Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A PDF version of your W-2 will be delivered to\u00a0<strong>My Reports<\/strong>\u00a0(Please note: You may access this report through the pop-up message at the top of your screen, or by clicking the link in the notification area of Workday).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the link to view your W-2 in an IRS-approved format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print the official W-2 Form from this screen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please contact&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:payroll@vassar.edu\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">payroll@vassar.edu<\/a>&nbsp;with any questions.&nbsp;<\/em><em>If you need assistance with your Workday account, please contact the service desk at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:servicedesk@vassar.edu\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">servicedesk@vassar.edu.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2025 W-2s Are Now Available In Workday The following message is from the Payroll Office.Any questions regarding your W-2 should be sent to\u00a0payroll@vassar.edu.
