No fancy watches or mile-tracking required\u2014just you and your colleagues\/department, and a few minutes of activity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No need to do anything just yet! Just start thinking about who you want on your squad. In February, we\u2019ll be opening sign-ups for teams.
