Forces video embeds contained in dropdowns to have a size --><style>.dropdownizer__dropdown iframe { width: 100% !important; height: 100% !important; }<\/style>\n<p>Vassar College&nbsp;has released the results of its October 2024 Sexual Violence Campus Climate Survey, offering an in-depth look at students\u2019 experiences and perceptions related to safety, education, and prevention efforts on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey provides valuable insight into how students view the overall safety of the campus environment, the effectiveness and accessibility of education and training programs, and individual experiences with sexual violence and harassment. It also highlights students\u2019 perspectives on bystander awareness and intervention, helping to identify both strengths and areas that require continued attention and improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The findings are intended to inform ongoing prevention, response, and support initiatives&nbsp;and to guide institutional efforts to foster a safer, more inclusive campus community. By sharing these results publicly, the College aims to promote transparency, accountability, and meaningful dialogue among students, faculty, and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/offices.vassar.edu\/institutional-equity\/contact-us\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1608\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The full survey results are now available on the College\u2019s website for community review.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, a campus-wide presentation will be held on May 5, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m in the Class of 1951 Classroom in the Library, where members of the community will have the opportunity to learn more about the findings, ask questions, and discuss next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of the campus community are encouraged to review the report and participate in the upcoming presentation as part of a collective effort to strengthen campus safety and support systems.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vassar College&nbsp;has released the results of its October 2024 Sexual Violence Campus Climate Survey, offering an in-depth look at students\u2019 experiences and perceptions related to safety, education, and prevention efforts on campus.
