events designed specifically for faculty, we also offer collaborative workshops aimed at bringing educators and students together to discuss inclusive teaching and learning at is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The LTRC offers support to anyone currently teaching through a variety of opportunities.&nbsp;Faculty and instructors are welcome to explore&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/offices.vassar.edu\/ltrc\/inclusive-pedagogy\/teaching-tips\/\">Teaching Tips<\/a>&nbsp;addressing a variety of topics related to inclusive pedagogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As practitioners of inclusive pedagogy, faculty are also invited to take part in various cohort experiences:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/offices.vassar.edu\/ltrc\/inclusive-pedagogy\/faculty-learning-communities\/\">Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs)<\/a>&nbsp;bring together small groups of faculty to read a book about a topic related to evidence-based inclusive pedagogy and try out related practices in their respective teaching environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pages.vassar.edu\/stepp\/\">Student Teacher Engaged Pedagogical Partnership (STEPP)<\/a>&nbsp;is a partnership program that centers intentional dialogue about teaching practices in a semester-long faculty-student collaboration.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/offices.vassar.edu\/ltrc\/inclusive-pedagogy\/teaching-pairs\/\">Teaching Pairs<\/a>&nbsp;is a semester-long program in which faculty pair up to observe each other in their teaching across disciplines to gain new insight on&nbsp;their&nbsp;teaching through a guided non-evaluative process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, instructors are welcome to get involved in the projects and working groups coordinated through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vassar.edu\/engaged-pluralism\">Engaged Pluralism<\/a>, which is open to everyone\u2014students, staff, faculty, and administrators\u2014and collectively focus on building communities of belonging, inclusion, and equity across campus.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For Students<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
