Two Library Research Workshops with the Research Librarians Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cBuilding and Maintaining Your Author Profiles and Keeping Current with Scholarship: Faculty Workshop\u201d: Learn to establish and optimize your ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID), and claim and edit your scholarly profiles in Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Scopus. Led by Gretchen Lieb, \u201cHistory and Multidisciplinary Librarian\u201d, Melanie Maksin, Head of Academic Engagement, And Elizabeth Salmon, Social Science Librarian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cOpen Access Publishing: Faculty Workshop\u201d: Learn about the landscape for open access (OA) publishing support at Vassar, including our read-and-publish agreements with PLoS (Public Library of Science), Cambridge, and Oxford. A Book Proposal Workshop with Beth Bouloukos, Director of Amherst College Press, followed by one-on-one consultations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>September 13, 2024<\/strong>. Building and Maintaining Your Scholarly Profile in Web of Science and Scopus. A Writing Workshop with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.johnghaz.com\/\">John Ghazvinian<\/a>, founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scholarstostorytellers.com\/\">Scholars to Storytellers<\/a>&nbsp;(in person).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>May 23, 2023<\/strong>. Writing Workshop to be offered by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qmzhang.com\/\">Q.M. Zhang<\/a>, author of&nbsp;Accomplice to Memory&nbsp;(Kaya Press, 2017). Q.M. Zhang is a writer, teacher, editor, and the founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qmzhang.com\/memoryworks\">MemoryWorks<\/a>, a creative research and writing practice for individuals and communities who are trying to trace their past and reclaim histories in the face of historical omissions and intergenerational silences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>December 9, 2022<\/strong>.
