Your form must include your signature if you are submitting via email. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Important Note: We will no longer be able to scan and email copies of the paper transcript.&nbsp;Please follow the instructions above on ordering an official electronic copy if you need an electronic copy.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper copies are printed on security paper with the Vassar seal and Registrar\u2019s signature. You can sign either the paper form or electronically via Parchment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vassar College is closed for approximately one week between Christmas and New Year. While you can request transcripts via Parchment during this time, they will not be processed until the college reopens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcripts will also be closed during final grading periods for the fall and spring semesters. Requests can be made via Parchment but will not be processed until grading is complete.
