Many of the day-to-day needs of the residential community are provided by the Residential Operations Center (commonly known as the ROC), located on the 4th floor of Main House, just outside of the central elevator. The ROC is where students go if they have lost their keys, are locked out of their house, or need to put in service requests or damage reports. It is also where a student will go to pick up a special delivery, such as flowers.

ROC attendants perform daily rounds of each residential house to check for problems related to the physical plant and/or damage to college property in the common areas. They also perform Health and Safety checks throughout the year to ensure that the college is operating within New York State Fire Code regulations.

The ROC is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on weekends from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
