Posting Flyers

All organizations/offices are required to bring promotional flyers to the ROC (Main 4th Floor and the satellite office near the CRC) to be stamped for approval.  

This provides approval for flyers to be placed in the residential houses.  We typically only approve two flyers per house. Approval from the Director of Residential Life or their designee is needed if more than two flyers need to be approved.

When posting flyers in residential houses: 

• Only post on bulletin boards. Any flyers found on painted surfaces, corridor or exit/entrance doors, and bathrooms will be removed. If there’s damage to walls, the organization will be billed for repairs.
• One flyer per bulletin board is allowed.
• If you post it, you must remove it.
