Summer Housing Information

  • The summer housing application deadline is May 1, 2019.
  • Students will be notified of their summer housing assignment by May 15, 2019. All summer assignments for 2019 will be in Main Building.
  • The cost is $7 per day to occupy a space.
  • The housing fee and meal plan will appear on your bill on July 15, with payment due on August 10.

Students approved for summer housing whose programs or jobs start at the end of the spring semester are allowed to move to their summer room assignments following Commencement. Students approved for summer housing that immediately follows Commencement are allowed to stay in their current (spring semester) rooms until then.

Students staying on campus until the end of the summer session will be allowed to move into their fall housing assignment early.

You are expected to remove your personal belongings and return your room key(s) to the ROC Office by the check out date indicated on your summer housing application. Failure to remove your belongings will result in you paying the additional occupancy fee or have your belonging packed up and shipped to you at your cost.
