Forces video embeds contained in dropdowns to have a size --><style>.dropdownizer__dropdown iframe { width: 100% !important; height: 100% !important; }<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reminder: Student Employees MUST be paid for all worked hours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reminder, Student employees are paid hourly, and&nbsp;<strong>it is illegal for students to work any time in a student employment position without being compensated<\/strong>. All worked time must be accounted for accurately on your time sheet each pay period so you can be paid correctly and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have worked additional hours that were not logged into Workday within the last 6 weeks, please enter that time on your time sheets immediately. If your time was not correctly entered dating back over 6 weeks, please&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:stuemp@vassar.edu\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">let us know<\/a>&nbsp;so we can issue late paper time sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are having any issues getting your worked hours approved by your supervisor, please&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:stuemp@vassar.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reach out to us for assistance<\/a>. If you are eligible for summer break jobs through Student Employment and have not yet applied for jobs, be sure to apply before jobs close tonight.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are being hired for a Summer Break position funded by a source outside Student Employment and have not already been hired through JobX, please have your supervisor contact us<strong>&nbsp;as soon as possible&nbsp;<\/strong>sowe can guarantee you are hired through the system before jobs start on May 21st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reminder, students MAY NOT WORK any hours until they are hired through JobX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Employment Advisory Group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Student Employment Advisory Group is a strategic planning group comprised of student employment supervisors, student employees, and other student-facing campus partners.
