This email is to inform you that job registration for the 2025-2026 Academic Year will begin on Monday, August 18th at 11am. At that time, because you have a work study award in your financial aid package, you will be able to log into the JobX system and apply for student jobs. If you are hired, the first day you can work in your job for the Academic Year will be 9\/2\/25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I-9 Form Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you have not held a job with Vassar College before<\/strong>, please be aware that if you are hired, you will need to complete an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vassarcollegecis.msnd3.com\/tracking\/lc\/4cba80af-37bd-421f-91aa-d81a94b06290\/87a24f79-8696-454d-9a84-fe8ff8296f55\/296cd360-57c1-df3b-6e96-1e9efdfecdf2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I-9 form<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><em>before working<\/em><\/strong>. The I-9 can be printed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vassarcollegecis.msnd3.com\/tracking\/lc\/4cba80af-37bd-421f-91aa-d81a94b06290\/87a24f79-8696-454d-9a84-fe8ff8296f55\/296cd360-57c1-df3b-6e96-1e9efdfecdf2\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>&nbsp;or picked up in our office (Baldwin 300).&nbsp;<strong>Students who have worked for Vassar previously do not need to complete another I-9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the I-9, you must have received a job offer and you must bring original, unexpired documents to establish your identity to our office for validation.&nbsp;<strong>Copies cannot be accepted.<\/strong>&nbsp;A list of acceptable documents can be found&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vassarcollegecis.msnd3.com\/tracking\/lc\/4cba80af-37bd-421f-91aa-d81a94b06290\/75c27e6a-0f76-4b2d-8b39-43c9b0ea6463\/296cd360-57c1-df3b-6e96-1e9efdfecdf2\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walk-in hours to complete I-9s are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1-4pm in Baldwin 300. To request an appointment outside these hours, please submit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vassarcollegecis.msnd3.com\/tracking\/lc\/4cba80af-37bd-421f-91aa-d81a94b06290\/7af0bb74-7101-4a94-a81a-448d8fcefdd3\/296cd360-57c1-df3b-6e96-1e9efdfecdf2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this form.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NEW THIS YEAR: Easily track your hours in Workday!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Student schedules vary and are agreed upon by each student employee and their respective supervisor. Schedules are typically based on a student\u2019s academic schedule and the department\u2019s needs.
