Forces video embeds contained in dropdowns to have a size --><style>.dropdownizer__dropdown iframe { width: 100% !important; height: 100% !important; }<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Year-End Reminders for 2025-2026 Student Employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reminder:<br>Be sure to take care of all year-end Student Employment Tasks before summer break!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All student paychecks for the 5\/11\/2026-5\/24\/2026 pay period are scheduled to be sent to your permanent address listed in Workday\u00a0<strong>if you do not have direct deposit.<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/HqDmkAyEAcio1yue9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Use\u00a0this\u00a0form<\/a>\u00a0ONLY to request that your Paycheck be\u00a0delivered to your Vassar Post Office Box and not sent to your permanent address as listed in Workday. **THIS REQUEST MUST BE COMPLETED BY DEADLINES STATED IN THE FORM.**\u00a0<br><strong>Do not<\/strong>\u00a0complete the request form if you would like to have your check mailed to your permanent address as listed in Workday OR if you elect direct deposit.\u00a0<strong>If you wish to update your permanent address as listed in Workday,\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:humanresources@vassar.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">let us know.<\/a><\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active student employees<strong>\u00a0must<\/strong><strong>log and submit all worked hours in Workday<\/strong>\u00a0before they are removed from their Academic Year jobs.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All active student employees will be removed from their 2025-2026 Academic Year jobs in early June.\u00a0<strong>All worked hours must be entered before you lose Workday access!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have worked hours that date back over 6 weeks that are not in Workday, please complete necessary\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1bhBE7hgiyLIZRDJTeljQNHlK6qzX4Ofkx0eOdB60UQE\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">late time sheets<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:humanresources@vassar.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">submit<\/a>\u00a0immediately.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For assistance completing late time sheets, please stop by our Office Hours (MWF, 1-4pm in Baldwin 300)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you leave Vassar<\/strong><strong>and your address changes before the end of calendar year 2026<\/strong>, please\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:humanresources@vassar.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">let us know as soon as possible<\/a>\u00a0so we issue your tax forms to the correct address.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note: informing the registrar will NOT update your address in Workday, you must also let HR know in order to receive your tax documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reminders for Students with Summer Jobs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are working remotely this summer, please remember all work must be completed\u00a0<strong>in NY State. Remote work is not permitted if you have left New York.<br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you accepted a Summer Break job and have not yet submitted your Commitment Agreement, please be sure to meet with your supervisor and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/1Sykd3G6iLYiw2tZ8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">submit<\/a>\u00a0as soon as possible.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note: Students in Summer jobs who are living on campus who will not reside on campus in Fall 2026 must vacate student housing by\u00a0<strong>8\/2\/26.<br><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are working during the Summer and have not yet\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1vLVMu7zWyXCYjm7-n2y6NMFAFE9ohJK1uI4qm2buiOk\/edit?tab=t.0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">elected Direct Deposit<\/a><\/strong>, we strongly encourage you to do so. You will need your bank information, account information, and routing number.\u00a0Please be advised that it can take 1-2 payroll periods before your direct deposit goes into effect. Until your direct deposit is in place, your paychecks will be delivered to your Vassar mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FAQs as The Year Ends<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>When is the last day I can work this Academic Year?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tuesday, May 19th!\u00a0<\/strong>(Please be sure to communicate with your supervisor if you need any schedule changes during finals.)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>When do Summer jobs start?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Summer jobs will be in session from\u00a0<strong>May 20th through August 30th\u00a0<\/strong>this year. Students may not work in their Academic Year jobs during this time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you will be working during the Summer and have not yet been hired through JobX, please ask your supervisor to contact us immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum student wage for Summer 2026 will be $16.00 hourly.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>When can I apply for a job in Fall 2026?<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration will open to Work Study students in Mid-August.
