The Campus Resource, Education and Support Team (CREST) proactively engages the campus community to dialogue about topics and incidents that might impact campus climate. The efforts also include supporting individuals reporting a potential bias incident, as well as considering/advocating for/recommending a range of institutional and educational responses to incidents. In addition, CREST offers capacity-building trainings and workshops, and gathering spaces to the campus community—Where the focus of these emerge organically related to the opportunities that arise on campus (e.g., dialogue on challenges (grows) and joys (glows) of living and learning on campus; NCBI workshops on anti-racism and anti-semitism; vigils for community gathering, healing and as debriefing spaces; etc...)

CREST is co-chaired by Dean Maragh Taylor, Associate Dean of the College for Student Growth & Engagement (SGE) and Dean Speers, Associate Dean for Religious & Spiritual Life and Contemplative Practices (RSLCP). The team consists of students, faculty and administrators in SGE, RSLCP and across the campus.
