Getting Publicity for Your Upcoming Event
Key to this process is you providing us notice and materials as early as possible.
Even if you book a room months ahead of your event, that’s when we want to start working with you. This is as true for a small lecture as for a major conference or event that a department or office is holding.
All text and images should be supplied in a single request. Please avoid sending details in repeated requests.
Important First Step
Event sponsors should register events with Campus Activities for inclusion in the Campus Calendar. After you complete your request, you will receive an email from the Campus Activities Office that will confirm or deny your request. Sign into Campus Calendar/EMS to request or register an event
When to submit a request
- Posters
Submissions must be received 3 weeks before the poster is due. We cannot guarantee that your poster will be completed in time if submitted later. - External Calendar Events Listing
Submissions must be received two weeks before the event. We cannot guarantee that your event will be posted in time if submitted later. - Vassar Events
Submissions must be received two weeks before the event. We cannot guarantee that your event will be posted in time if submitted later.
