The Campus Activities Office (CAO) creates connections and builds community to contribute to the creative, cultural, intellectual and social well-being of our campus.

Vassar is committed to promoting a campus environment that is diverse, egalitarian, and inclusive. Through our office’s daily work partnering with students, faculty and staff, we facilitate events and programs to encourage differing perspectives, create meaningful social interactions, and strengthen relationships to enrich campus life. Our office coordinates all non-academic scheduling and extracurricular student activities. The CAO manages the College Center, schedules evening use of classrooms and auditoriums, and maintains the Vassar Master Calendar. 

All events should be registered through Campus Activities to avoid conflicts with other similar or competing events on the college calendar.
