Institute Site Activity 9/19–9/23/22

Site fencing and scrim will continue to be installed.

Demolition of the remaining building foundations will be started on 9/19/22. The foundation at 159 College Ave has been completed.

  • During this demo process, you may hear an intermittent loud thud or noise as they break up the concrete. The level of difficulty of breaking up the concrete will determine the rate of occurrence of the sound.
  • Load out and removal of the remaining demo debris will continue throughout the week as well.

Tree Removal will begin on Tuesday, September 20, and the trees around 159 College Ave will be the first removed in the sequence. The tree removal and associated work will continue throughout the week.

Temporary parking and associated temporary utilities for the field office will be installed around 159 College Ave.
