Institute Site Activity 3/30/23

We are writing to inform you of upcoming activities related to the project site and College Ave. Please note the following regarding the installation of a new crosswalk on the west side of College Ave.

In order to accommodate the installation of necessary sitework activities the fence boarding the construction site along College Ave. will have to be relocated beyond the sidewalk. Therefore, a crosswalk and appropriate signage will be installed west of the construction main gate directing foot traffic to the opposite of the College Ave.

The work will begin tomorrow and will continue on Friday. The necessary crosswalk striping will be done on Sunday due to less traffic. The hours of work on Sunday will be 7:30–11:00 a.m. and it will be quiet work.

The new crosswalk will be fully in place on Monday, April 3, 2023, and the fence on the construction side will be relocated to overtake the sidewalk on the construction side on Wednesday of next week, April 5, 2023.

Also please note early next week there will be a crane on site erecting cold form metal panels at the Inn.
