Institute Site Activity 6/16/23

We are moving to monthly updates from this date forward, unless there is a specific site related activity of significance which then you will be notified.

Overview for the next month is as follows:

  • Inn: Continue exterior framing/panels on the third floor of the Inn. A crane will be on site on Monday to begin erecting panels and walls on the third floor. Roof trusses to follow in the next three to four weeks.
  • Mechanical rough-in of piping for first and second interior floors of the Inn has also started and will continue over the next month.
  • Institute: continue framing exterior walls and installing exterior sheathing as well as framing for curtain wall. Masonry contractor is expected to start on or about 6/20/23 and will be installing vapor barrier with brick installation to follow in the first week of July.
  • Roofing has begun on the Institute penthouse roof and will continue throughout the month.
  • Site utilities continue to be installed for water, sewer and electric throughout the site.
