The Faculty Housing office is responsible for rental units and housing sales on and near the main campus. Our office is located in Room S220 on the second floor of Main Building. To report maintenance problems, fill out the Facilities Operations maintenance request form, for emergencies during the workday, call Facilities Operations at (845) 437-5999; for emergencies before and after hours & on weekends, please call the CRC at (845) 437-5221.

For rental options outside the Faculty Housing program, navigate to “Documents and Policy” on the menu and view the outside rental list document.
