Apartments Available for 2026-2027

Applications from administrators, part-time and full-time faculty and post doctoral fellows are welcome at this time. Apartments will be awarded on a first come, first served basis, with preference given to full-time faculty. Responses are due within 3 days of notification.

Please read the instructions below before applying! All apartments and surrounding grounds are smoke-free. Interested parties should submit an online application using the Online Rental Applications form. If selecting multiple locations, you may choose a maximum of 5. Please list them in order of preference. You will be offered 1 apartment, the highest preference listed based on the selection policy in the Faculty Handbook. Floor plans may be viewed in the apartment detail. (Internet and cable TV are not included in any rent; all residents must make their own arrangements if they wish to have these services.) All apartments are unfurnished.

For occupied apartments: in-person viewings must be scheduled by appointment only with the resident via email, (email address is listed in the apartment description). All questions regarding housing and the program should be directed to the Faculty Housing Office. The faculty housing rental policy may be viewed in the Faculty Handbook.
