Notice regarding Federal grantmaking agencies
Due to the lapse in Federal appropriations and the subsequent partial government shutdown, the operations of Federal grantmaking agencies are extremely limited at this time. Many proprietary agency websites and portals, including those of the National Science Foundation (e.g. Fastlane, Research.gov), are unavailable until further notice.
When operations resume, it is expected that Federal grantmakers will issue guidance about any funding opportunities, reporting and other activities that had deadlines or target dates during the shutdown. Meanwhile, please proceed with preparation of reports, proposals and other deliverables offline, and monitor individual agency websites periodically. Updates on government operating status can be found at www.opm.gov.
