We are pleased to announce we have discounted rates with UPS and FedEX.
Both UPS and FedEx will now accept a credit card as payment. Please indicate when filling out the mailing label.
UPS sign up and Shipping Instructions
To sign up for a UPS account, contact procurement@vassar.edu.
**UPS accounts are for Vassar College business-related use only**
UPS will accept credit cards as payment.
Letters and packages requiring expedited delivery or ground service:
Attach the shipping label on the letter or package and put in the UPS bin located by the Mail Room in College Center.
A UPS bin is also located at the Alumnae House.

As of October 1st, FedEx Ship Manager will no longer be available. FedEx will accept credit cards as payment.
