Important Update: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Vassar is aware that many students and families are experiencing technical obstacles and difficulties with completion of the FAFSA. The US Department of Education has notified us of processing delays and is not expected to send student FAFSA information to schools until late March. Vassar will not have an update on your FAFSA status until that time. The delay will not affect your eligibility for financial aid.

A Vassar education is a valuable investment in your future, and will likely require a substantial commitment of family resources over the next several years. For many families, this can be concerning, maybe even daunting. We understand and are here to help.

The Student Financial Services Office (SFS) serves as a one-stop destination to assist both prospective and current students with financial matters. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service in a variety of areas such as the financial aid application process, award counseling, billing and payments, and financial literacy education. Regardless of whether or not you qualify for financial aid, our staff will provide the support you need to finance your Vassar education.
