Women in STEM

Student surveys confirm what is widely known—the experiences of women in STEM classes, study groups, and eventually, employment are often challenging. Women choose other careers at alarming numbers due to those experiences. We are working to provide space to talk about these issues, build community and connection among students and faculty in STEM, and to build a strong cohort of men in STEM who work with us to improve the experiences of women in STEM.
