Guidelines for Large Journal Entries (over 10 lines)

  1. A journal entry over 10 lines.
  2. Use the EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) tool.
  3. Email accountingservices@vassar.edu to request the EIB template.

Workday’s EIB tool allows Workday users to mass load data into our Workday system. It works by loading an XML Excel template into our Workday system that contains the required fields that need to be populated. This tool creates a journal entry which will then flow through the natural approval process.
