Faculty Housing

Vassar College has long considered the residential nature of the campus to be an integral part of its educational program and encourages members of the faculty to reside near the campus as a way to foster interactions with students beyond the formal classroom setting and to facilitate participation in campus activities. To support this tradition the college makes a number of rental units available to eligible members of the faculty as well as providing the opportunity for the purchase of houses on land leased from the college.
