Institute Site Activity 2/03/23

Beginning on Monday 2/6/23 the steel for the Institute and connector will arrive on site. In addition a crane will be on site to off load the steel and begin erecting the building.

The steel erection process is expected to take 2 to 3 weeks and is weather dependent.

The next milestone is to start the sewer work which will begin on or about 2/13/23. The sewer work will begin on the southeast corner of the neighboring properties across from the site entrance. More details to follow on this work as we get closer to the start date.

As a point of reference the geothermal well drilling is 100% complete and the horizontal runs to the building are being installed and will be complete in the next two weeks.
