Institute Site Activity 2/17/23

Concrete Slab at the Inn:

We are preparing the slab on grade for a concrete pour at the Inn which will take place on Tuesday 2/21/23. Due to today’s rain we will be required to work this Saturday 2/18/23 from the hours of 7:30 to 3:30. There will be no heavy equipment running. The contractor will be putting down vapor barrier, wire mesh, and possibly a few wood forms. 

On Tuesday 2/21/23 beginning at 7:30AM concrete trucks/pumps will be on site to pour the slab on grade for the Inn. Since it is a sizable amount of concrete work to pour and finish (150 cubic yards) the contractor will be required to work into the evening. This will require the use of temporary light towers to facilitate the work. Estimated time of completion is between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM on Tuesday evening. 

Sewer Work at location of 162/160 College Ave:

Beginning Monday heavy equipment and materials will mobilize for the sewer line work starting behind 162/160 College Ave. The work is expected to take 1 to 2 weeks and is weather dependent. Materials and equipment will be stored on the south end of the 160 College Ave driveway. As we progress on this work we will share pertinent updates as needed if there is any impact to the neighbors.

Steel Work at Institute: 

The steel for the Institute and connector will continue for the next two weeks.
