On campus
If you have a medical emergency requiring immediate care after our normal hours, call the Campus Response Center at (845) 437-7333 or x7333 from any campus phone. Security and a NYS EMT will respond to assist you or an ambulance will be dispatched immediately depending upon the nature of the call. View Emergency Info.
Off campus
If you are off-campus go to the nearest hospital emergency room or dial 911 to call an ambulance.

Non-emergencies
Regular hours
During regular clinic hours, if you are acutely ill and need urgent medical attention call (845) 437-5800 or come to Health Service in Baldwin Hall and let the staff know that you have an urgent concern. They will perform a triage assessment and provide for appropriate medical follow-up.
After-hours
When the Health Service is closed, if you develop a non-emergent medical condition or concern call the Campus Response Center non-emergent line at (845) 437-5221. Based on the nature of the call they will dispatch appropriate emergency medical resources to you. The Health Service on-call provider is also available for consultation after hours.
AED+ Locations on Campus
In case of a medical emergency, there are 16 AED+ alarmed cabinets and 8 portable AED units accessible across the campus. Each AED+ cabinet contains a public access defibrillation unit, a CPR supply pouch (black pouch), a Narcan kit (blue pouch) and a bleeding control kit (red pouch). If you utilize supplies from any of these cabinets, please notify the CRC at (845) 437-7333 so they can be rapidly restocked and medical services can be directed to your location.
