REMINDER: All Time Entries for Fall 2024 MUST BE ENTERED by 12/19/24

Fall 2024 Student Employment Payroll Reminder

Please be advised that due to the upcoming Pay Schedule Change, ALL time entries for Fall 2024 MUST be entered into Workday or submitted via Late Timesheet no later than Thursday, 12/19/24.

Due to the timing of the upcoming Winter Break from 12/24/2024 to 1/1/2025, we must complete payroll processing early for the 12/16/2024 to 12/22/2024 (BW-1 2025) pay period. 

We ask for your cooperation in submitting student time sheets through Workday by 9:00 am on Thursday, 12/19/24 for the 12/16/2024-12/22/2024 pay period.  The check date will be 1/3/2025.  Hours must be submitted by 9am and approved by 3pm on Thursday, 12/19/24.  Please note: We will not have the ability to extend this deadline, so please keep that fact in mind during this very busy time for everyone and complete all tasks early, if necessary. 

Please estimate work time from 12/16/2024 through 12/22/2024. Any corrections to the estimated worked time submitted should be updated on the affected dates on your timesheet when the period opens for corrections on 1/2/2025.  Time entry adjustments will occur with the next pay period. Please note that updated time sheets will need to be resubmitted and re-approved in order for the adjustments to be calculated.  

Please be aware that Workday notifications do not reflect this early reporting and will still be sent on the regular schedule.  

Wait times to receive payment for Fall 2024 time entries submitted after 12/26 will be significant. To avoid delays in getting paid, please be sure to submit all worked time for Fall 2024 by Thursday, 12/19/24.

Reminder: 2025 Pay Schedule Update

As part of the upcoming Pay Schedule Changes for Administrators in 2025, the Student Pay Schedule will be swapping weeks beginning in January.
