Vassar College Ticket Fund 2025-2026

The Vassar Ticket Fund is co-managed by the Department of Drama (the Drama Ticket Fund) and the Office of Campus Activities (Vassar Ticket Fund). The fund facilitates the Vassar community’s attendance at theatrical performances both on Broadway, off-Broadway and regionally in an effort to expand on coursework and expose students to an often unattainable art form.

At the direction of the Fund’s Administrators (the Department of Drama and the Office of Campus Activities) ticket requests are approved according to the following priorities:

1. Trips organized by the Drama Department Faculty and Staff to expand on course work. (These requests are handled by the Department of Drama.)
2. Trips organized by other departments to expand on course work. (These requests are handled by the Office of Campus Activities.)

For all other department requests, please email campusactivities@vassar.edu. 

Please note:

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE. We cannot reimburse for tickets already purchased. 

METRO NORTH RAILROAD: Metro North updated its ticket purchasing policy effective January 5, 2026. Due to these updates we can no longer purchase train tickets in advance. Please speak with a fund administrator for alternate travel options for your group.

MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED or reimbursable for student excursions. Please bring a bagged lunch/dinner/snack prior to your trip or arrange to find a meal at your destination.
