Flu vaccine charge: $22.00
This charge will go directly onto your student account.
For re-imbursement:
Please give your campus box # to the nurse at the time of your vaccine. We will then send you an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible re-imbursement.
For students who have the health insurance offered through the college:
This charge is covered by the student health insurance. When you receive the itemized bill – please write your 999# on the bill and attach a copy of your insurance card.
