Access Medicat

Access the Medicat Patient Portal.

New Users will need to use dual authentication to sign in.

  • You will need to use your Vassar One login user name and password.
  • You will then need to use DuoMobile to authenticate the information.
  • Please do not share any login information with anyone as the portal contains your protected health information.

Log in to access all of the portal services. Please contact Health Services at (845) 437-5800 or with any questions or concerns with the login process.

  • Send or read secure messages: Use the Messages tab. These messages are encrypted and are managed as part of your electronic health record. When sending messages, select the provider you wish to contact. You will receive an e-mail notification in your Vassar gmail when secure messages are sent to you.
  • Self-schedule appointments: Use the Appts tab. Include the reason for the visit and choose a provider and submit the form. Select from available appointments. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to your Vassar gmail account. If you can’t find an appointment that works with your schedule, please contact Health Services to schedule over the phone at (845) 437-5800.
  • Cancel an appointment: Upcoming appointments are listed on the home screen of the portal where you can cancel an appointment. You will receive an e-mail notification to your Vassar gmail account once the appointment is canceled.
