Working remotely poses unique challenges for connecting with and supporting your team. In this two-part series we will share tools for making the most of your virtual meetings, strategies for keeping employees engaged, remote feedback best practices, and ways to facilitate transparency across your team. This training opportunity is designed for current managers who are supervising remote teams. Please plan on attending both sessions.

Ginger Jurecka Blake is passionate about creating learning opportunities and process improvement initiatives that help individuals and organizations thrive. She is currently the Director of Organizational Development and Training at SUNY New Paltz. She has previously worked at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York University and the University of Wisconsin Madison. She holds a master’s degree in Cultural Studies from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor's degree in English from Southwestern University.
