Training and Compliance

• Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Training: Harassment and discrimination have the potential to impact our workplace, classrooms, and residence halls. As much as we need to know what constitutes illegal and inappropriate behaviors, we also need to focus on how our individual and collective efforts can improve Vassar’s workplace and our students’ experience. Central to advancing equity is understanding the way in which different aspects of social identity (such as race, gender, sexuality, class, religion, ability, and age) overlap and intersect in ways that shape our day-to-day experiences in the world and on campus.
