Spring 2024 Job Registration Information

Job registration for the Spring 2024 Academic Year is open for students with a Work Study award. Log into JobX to apply for student jobs. If you are hired, the first day you can work in your new job will be 1/17/24.

If you have not held a job with Vassar College before, please be aware that if you are hired, you will need to complete an I-9 form before working. The I-9 can be printed here or picked up in our office (Baldwin 300). Students who have worked for Vassar previously do not need to complete another I-9.

To complete the I-9, you must have received a job offer and you must bring original, unexpired documents to establish your identity to our office for validation. Copies cannot be accepted. A list of acceptable documents can be found here.

Walk-in hours to complete I-9s are MWF, 1-4pm in Baldwin 300. To request an appointment outside these hours, please submit this form.
