Academic Year Registrations

Fall Semester (8/28–12/20/2023)

August 14
Academic Year registration opens at 11 a.m. to students on Work Study (CWS/ISEP).

September 28
Academic Year registration opens at 11 a.m. to all students.

Spring Semester (1/17–3/1/2024; 3/18–5/14/2024)

August 15
Academic Year registration does not close between Fall and Spring Semester for students on Work Study (CWS/ISEP).

February 16
Spring registration opens at 11 a.m. to all students.

Break Registrations

Winter Break (1/2–1/16/2024)

• Registration for eligible students: 11 a.m. Oct. 25th–4:30 p.m. Nov. 3rd, 2023
• Commitment Form due by November 17th

Spring Break (3/2–3/17/2024)

• Registration for eligible students: 11 a.m. January 24th–4 p.m. Feb 2nd, 2024
• Commitment Form due by February 23rd

Summer Break (5/15–9/2/2024)

• Registration for eligible students: 11 a.m. March 20th–4:30 p.m. April 19th, 2024
• Department interviews and hiring must conclude by: April 19th
• Commitment Form due by May 3rd
