JobX is open now for students with a Work Study award and will be available on Thursday, October 2nd at 11am for all students to apply for Jobs on campus.
This Thursday, 9/11/25, at 6:15pm in the MPR, The Student Employment Office and members of the Working Student Coalition will be reviewing the Job Registration process, JobX system, Workday basics, and other helpful campus resources to assist with your job application process. We look forward to seeing you there and answering any questions you have about the hiring process!

Professional Development for Current Employees
I-9 Form Requirements
Please be aware that if you are hired, you will need to complete an I-9 form before working. The I-9 can be printed here or picked up in our office (Baldwin 300).
To complete the I-9, you must have received a job offer and you must bring original, unexpired documents to establish your identity to our office for validation. Copies cannot be accepted. A list of acceptable documents can be found here.
Walk-in hours to complete I-9s are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1-4pm in Baldwin 300. To request an appointment outside these hours, please submit this form.
