Performance Reviews in Workday: Administrators, Sergeants, & Supervisors
Dear Administrators, Sergeants, and Supervisors,
We are at the year-end point of the Goal Setting and Review process, and it’s time to assess the progress of your goals and your performance with your manager.
The Year-End Performance Review must be completed in Workday by May 15, 2026 to coincide with the annual salary increases.
To kick off the process, Human Resources has initiated the Year-End Review in Workday for Administrators, Sergeants, and Supervisors. After logging into Workday, you will see the task in your Workday inbox titled, “2025-2026 Year-End Goals and Performance Review”.
Between today and May 15th, use this Workday review process to record accomplishments and make observations about your performance for the review period, and meet with your manager. A real-time, face-to-face, discussion between you and your manager regarding performance feedback is essential to the process and is required.

Evaluation Training
Tuesday, April 21st, 1:00 - 2:30pm, Ordan Room (Main Building, 2nd Floor)
It's common to struggle with the ambiguity of assessment—how do you judge someone's work, and how do you navigate these conversations? In this training, we will demystify the evaluation process, exploring the core components of assessment and teaching you how to define clear, measurable criteria, as well as navigating evaluation meetings with confidence. These skills ensure your evaluations are objective and transparent, leading to more constructive outcomes. Open to managers and supervisors.

Please note: Auxiliary employees, Carpenters, Security Officers, Staff, and their Managers will follow the applicable Performance Review process found on the Human Resources website.
Planning Ahead
On May 21st, you will be prompted by Human Resources to set goals for the next review period (only after your Year-End Review is complete). The goal setting process will run from May 21 - June 30, 2026 in Workday. Additional information will be emailed to you in May.
